Hey everyone!
- I've begun breaking down my goals into tiny, manageable habits. Instead of aiming to read for an hour, I now start with just 5 minutes a day. It's amazing how this small change has made reading a daily habit! π
- By attaching a new habit to an existing one, itβs easier to remember and stick to it. For example, after brewing my morning coffee
- Iβve rearranged my environment to make good habits easier and bad habits harder. Healthy snacks are now at eye level in the kitchen, and I keep my phone away from the bedroom to avoid late-night scrolling. π π΅
- Keeping a habit tracker has been a game-changer! Seeing those streaks build up is incredibly motivating. I use a simple app to mark off each day I complete my habits, and itβs satisfying to see the chain grow.
- Any new habit I want to build, I start with just two minutes. Whether it's writing, exercising, or cleaning, the idea is to make it so easy that I can't say no. Often, I end up doing more once Iβve started! πποΈββοΈ
