Hey everyone!
- I've begun breaking down my goals into tiny, manageable habits. Instead of aiming to read for an hour, I now start with just 5 minutes a day. It's amazing how this small change has made reading a daily habit! π
- By attaching a new habit to an existing one, itβs easier to remember and stick to it. For example, after brewing my morning coffee
- Iβve rearranged my environment to make good habits easier and bad habits harder. Healthy snacks are now at eye level in the kitchen, and I keep my phone away from the bedroom to avoid late-night scrolling. π π΅
- Keeping a habit tracker has been a game-changer! Seeing those streaks build up is incredibly motivating. I use a simple app to mark off each day I complete my habits, and itβs satisfying to see the chain grow.
- Any new habit I want to build, I start with just two minutes. Whether it's writing, exercising, or cleaning, the idea is to make it so easy that I can't say no. Often, I end up doing more once Iβve started! πποΈββοΈ
These small changes have made a big difference in my daily routine. If you haven't read "Atomic Habits" yet, I highly recommend it! Letβs share our progress and support each other in building better habits. What new habits are you working on? Drop a comment below!

I just finished reading "The Miracle Morning" by Hal Elrod, and Iβm excited to share some practical tips Iβm starting to apply to my own life. π βοΈ Building these habits has been a journey, and Iβve had my ups and downs, but Iβm determined to keep going. Hereβs what Iβm working on:
1οΈβ£ . Silence (Meditation) π§ββοΈ
- Iβve started dedicating just 5 minutes each morning to sit in silence and meditate. Itβs not always easyβI often feel like hitting snooze insteadβbut on the days I manage it, I feel much calmer and more focused.
2οΈβ£ . Affirmations πͺ
- Writing and repeating positive affirmations has been surprisingly powerful. Iβm still new to this, and sometimes I feel silly, but itβs helping me build a more positive mindset. One of my favorites: βI am capable and ready to achieve my goals!β
3οΈβ£ . Visualization π―
- I spend a few minutes visualizing my goals and the steps to achieve them. Itβs been motivating, even though some mornings my mind wanders. Iβm learning to bring it back gently.
4οΈβ£ . Exercise πββοΈ
- Incorporating a quick workout into my morning routine has been a game-changer. I aim for just 10-15 minutes, whether itβs stretching or a short run. Admittedly, there are mornings when I skip it, but I always feel better when I do it.
5οΈβ£ . Reading π
- Iβve committed to reading a few pages of a personal development book each morning. This has been easier for me, as I love learning new things.
6οΈβ£ . Scribing (Journaling) βοΈ
- Writing down my thoughts and goals each morning helps me start the day with clarity. I donβt always manage to write a lot, but even jotting down a few lines makes a difference.
Iβm still a work in progress and some mornings are tougher than others. But, by taking these small steps, Iβm already starting to see improvements in my energy and mindset. If youβre looking to transform your mornings, I highly recommend giving βThe Miracle Morningβ a read and trying out these practices.

Hey everyone! π β¨ I just finished reading "War in the Boardroom" by Al Ries and Laura Ries, and it's packed with valuable insights! Iβm excited to share some practical tips I'm starting to apply in my own life. π
1οΈβ£ . Embrace Both Sides of the Brain π§
I've realized the importance of balancing left-brain logic and right-brain creativity. At work, Iβm now taking time each day to brainstorm creative solutions without immediately judging them. This helps me come up with more innovative ideas.
2οΈβ£ . Improve Communication Between Teams π
Clear communication is key! Iβm working on bridging the gap between different departments by organizing regular check-ins. This ensures everyone is on the same page and helps in aligning our goals better.
3οΈβ£ . Understand Different Perspectives π
To better understand my colleagues, Iβm making an effort to see things from their point of view. Whether it's the marketing team's creative approach or the management's analytical methods, respecting these differences has improved our collaboration.
4οΈβ£ . Implement Small Changes Consistently πΆββοΈ
Inspired by "Atomic Habits," Iβm focusing on small, consistent changes. For example, Iβm dedicating 10 minutes each morning to creative thinking before diving into my tasks. Itβs a small step, but itβs already making a big difference!
5οΈβ£ . Overcoming Laziness and Staying Motivated πͺ
Iβll be honest, sometimes I feel lazy in the mornings and struggle to stick to my new habits. On those days, I remind myself of the long-term benefits and push through. Itβs okay to have setbacks; what matters is getting back on track.
Quick Tip:
Pair a task you enjoy with a new habit. For example, I listen to my favorite podcast while organizing my daily tasks. This makes it more enjoyable and keeps me motivated.π§ π
