➖કલ્લોલ, લુહા મનોબ, તાઇનાર ટોલાર, મહા વિદ્રોહ જેવા નાટકો કર્યા.

➖પિતા પ્રાંતના પહેલા સર્જન અને કાકા કલકત્તા હાઇકોર્ટના ચીફ જસ્ટિસ હતા.
➖દેવિકા રાની પ્રારંભિક શિક્ષણ મેળવી ઇંગ્લેન્ડ ગયા.ત્યાં નાટ્ય શિક્ષણ લીધું અને ફિલ્મોમાં અભિનય કરવાના નિર્ધાર સાથે ભારત આવ્યા પણ પરિવારને તે સહેજે મંજુર ન હતું.
➖1928માં દેવિકા રાનીનો પરિચય નિર્માતા હિમાંશુ રોય સાથે થયો અને તેમણે દેવિકાને ફિલ્મી પડદે પ્રસ્તુત કર્યા.
➖બંનેની પહેલી ફિલ્મ 'કર્મા' હતી તે પછી તો તેમણે સાવિત્રી, ઈજ્જત, અછૂત કન્યા, જન્મભૂમિ, જીવન નૈયા જેવી અનેક ફિલ્મોમાં કામ કર્યું.
