𝗢𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗮 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗲 is stepping into darker territory. The House of the Dragon star has officially joined director Anton Corbijn’s upcoming psychological thriller Switzerland, a chilling black-and-white exploration of genius, obsession, and the razor-thin line between art and manipulation.

𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗲 will portray Clementine Balfour, a role shrouded in secrecy but teased to add another layer of intrigue to the already tense narrative. Her presence alongside Mirren and Ehrenreich elevates the project into one of the year’s most buzzworthy ensembles.

Filming launched in Rome, Italy and will continue across South Tyrol, Switzerland, and London, with Corbijn surrounding himself with an elite creative team: cinematographer Robbie Ryan (The Favourite), Oscar-winning costume designer Gabriella Pescucci, and production designer Dimitri Capuani. Shot entirely in stark black-and-white, the film promises a haunting visual experience that mirrors Highsmith’s shadow-laden imagination.
