Guys @InFoTelGroup and @Dx_Support got copyright. So they have opened Temporary groups @InFoTel_Group and @DxHelpDesk until the copyright gets removed.

- Fixed some usual bugs
- Fully rewrote the bot's code to bot api to avoid floodwaits but assistant's code is still in pyrogram
- Little Improvised UI of the bot
