@Miss_Miabot was down for a short time. The main reason behind the downtime was because of some spammers. They spammed the bot and Mia got Timed out and was not able to send messages. Now Mia is up again. Also I am requesting the spammers not to spam.

Why Ultroid?
โญ๏ธ Ultroid has been written from scratch, making it more stable and less of crashes.
Error handling has been done in the best way possible, such that the bot doesn't crash all of a sudden.
โญ๏ธ Lightweight: Ultroid has minimal amount of plugins (just the necessary ones) in the main repository, and all the other less-usefull stuff in the addons repository. This facilitates quick deployments and lag free use.
โญ๏ธ Heroku support: Unlike all userbots which are being suspended by heroku, Ultroid doesn't get suspended. We managed to find out the issue by talking with Heroku!
โญ๏ธ Install any plugin: Ultroid can install any plugin from the other telethon userbots without any issue.
โญ๏ธ Safety First: Ultroid warns you when you try to install/execute dangerous stuff (people nowadays make plugins to hack user accounts, Ultroid is safe)
We have managed to pack the core into a pip package, which we'll release soon! This means anyone can make a userbot with just the stuff they like!! (Further info on release)

2^31 - 1 and it will be no longer possible to store them in a signed 32-bit integer type. User identifiers will have up to 52 significant bits, so a 64-bit integer or double-precision float type would still be safe for storing them. Voice Chats 2.0: Channels, Millions of Listeners, Recorded Chats, Admin Tools
Voice Chats can now hold millions of live listeners in any Telegram group or channel.
Admins can record audio from the chat and add users with specific Speaker and Listener links. Listeners who are muted can raise their hand to let admins know that they want a turn to speak.
In channels, you can join a voice chat with your personal account or appear as one of your channels.
