Berat: Sekitar 7 gram (standar stencil ponsel)
Ketebalan: Umumnya 0.12 mm

Fungsi utama stencil ini adalah untuk proses reballing BGA (Ball Grid Array) pada IC (Integrated Circuit) di perangkat smartphone Xiaomi/Redmi kelas flagship.

1. CPU Utama (Application Processor):
   - Chipset: Qualcomm Snapdragon 888
   - Kode BGA: SM8350
   - Stencil ini dibuat presisi untuk pola pin di bawah chip SM8350, termasuk untuk RAM yang ditumpuk di atasnya (PoP - Package on Package).

2. IC Pendukung yang Kompatibel:
   Stencil MI:14 juga memiliki pola untuk berbagai IC pendukung yang wajib diperbaiki bersama CPU pada motherboard yang sama. IC ini terkait erat dengan chipset Snapdragon 888:
   - PMIC (Power Management IC): PM8350, PM8350BH-001, PM8350C.
   - Charging IC: SMB1396.
   - Audio Codec: WCD9380.
   - WiFi/Bluetooth IC: WCN6851 (Untuk konektivitas Wi-Fi 6).
   - RF (Radio Frequency) / Baseband: SDR686, QMP5679.
   - IC Pendukung Lain: 77033D, 77040, 1619A.

3. Model Ponsel yang Menggunakan IC Ini:
   Stencil ini digunakan untuk perbaikan pada ponsel yang menggunakan chipset Snapdragon 888, seperti:
   - Xiaomi Mi 11
   - Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra
   - Xiaomi Mi 11 Pro
   - Redmi K40 Pro
   - Redmi K40 Pro+

Kesimpulan:
Amaoe MI:14 adalah stencil khusus yang berfokus pada chipset flagship Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 (SM8350) dan seluruh rangkaian IC daya, charging, dan komunikasi pendukungnya.
