⛔️ ભારતરત્ન વિશે થોડું જાણીએ. ⛔️

📌 આ દેશનો સર્વોચ્ચ નાગરિક એવોર્ડ છે.

🌍 જે કલા, વિજ્ઞાન, સાહિત્ય, સમાજસેવા ના ક્ષેત્રોમાં આપવામાં આવે છે.

🔥 શરૂઆત ::- આ પુરસ્કાર ની શરૂઆત 1954થી થઈ હતી.

📌 તે ભારતના રાષ્ટ્રપતિ દ્વારા 26મી જાન્યુઆરી ના દિવસે આપવામાં આવે છે.

📌 વિજેતા ને પીપળાના પાંદડા આકારનો કાંસાનો ચંદ્રક આપવામાં આવે છે.જેની ઉપર સૂર્ય નું ચિત્ર અંકિત કરેલું હોય છે તથા ભારતરત્ન લખેલુ હોય છે.

📌 1954 માં સૌપ્રથમ ડૉ. સર્વપલ્લી રાધાકૃષ્ણન તથા રાજગોપાલાચારી, ડૉ.ચંદ્રશેખર વેંકટરામન ને એનાયત કરવામાં આવ્યો હતો.

📌 1977 માં જનતા પાર્ટી સરકાર દ્વારા આ પુરસ્કાર બંધ કરવામાં આવ્યો હતો. પરંતુ 1980 માં કોંગ્રેસ સરકારે પુનઃ ચાલુ કર્યો હતો. પુનઃ ચાલુ કર્યા બાદ 1980 માં મધર ટેરેસાને ભારતરત્ન એનાયત કરાયો હતો.

📌 મરણોપરાંત ભારત રત્ન સર્વપ્રથમ લાલબહાદુર શાસ્ત્રીને 1966 માં એનાયત કરાયો હતો.

💠🏛જમ્મુ-કાશ્મીર અને લદ્દાખની હાઈકોર્ટનું નામ બદલીને 'જમ્મુ-કાશ્મીર અને લદાખની હાઇકોર્ટ રાખવામાં આવ્યું

➜જમ્મુ-કાશ્મીર અને કેન્દ્ર શાસિત પ્રદેશ લદાખ માટે સામાન્ય હાઈકોર્ટનું સત્તાવાર નામ જમ્મુ-કાશ્મીર અને લદાખની હાઈકોર્ટ રાખવામાં આવ્યું છે.

➜આ હુકમને કેન્દ્રીય કાયદા અને ન્યાય મંત્રાલય, ન્યાય વિભાગ દ્વારા સૂચિતા કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું.

➜રાષ્ટ્રપતિ રામનાથ કોવિંદે જમ્મુ-કાશ્મીર પુનર્ગઠન અધિનિયમ,2019 ની કલમ 103 (1) દ્વારા અપાયેલી સત્તાઓના ઉપયોગમાં ફેરફાર કરવા માટે જમ્મુ-કાશ્મીર પુનર્ગઠન મુશ્કેલીઓ દૂર કરવા આદેશ,2021 પર હસ્તાક્ષર કર્યા છે.
