Yesterday (20th March 2026) the US bomber fleet at RAF Fairford (EGVA) launched 2x B-52H "Stratofortress" bombers to Iran for the second day in a row for the type. The aircraft involved in this mission are:

A rather large number of US tanker aircraft have moved around today in/out of CENTCOM and back to CONUS - somewhat unusual for a Sunday but then the MoU with Iran does expire tomorrow... 🤔
