After the results, you must be seeing many success stories, reels, and videos on social media.

Please don't make decisions by seeing such reels.

Something I want to say about the UPSC Civil Services Examination is that it requires immense effort and struggle to clear it. I have seen it myself and also among many of my close friends who have cleared this exam.

There are countless sacrifices, many ups and downs, and numerous failures along the journey. Yet, every day we remained determined. We never worried too much about what would happen if we didn’t clear the exam.

The only thing in our minds was that as long as we had the time and energy, we would keep trying our best.

The exam was tough, but we were tougher.

Some say women are weak.

But I saw my mother working for hours and hours, rolling beedis, sometimes even eating just one meal a day.
She started working from the age of 8.
I saw her walking many kilometres in the hot sun to submit the rolled beedis at the kharkhana.
I saw my mother doing all the household work along with her beedi work.
My mother could do many different kinds of work.
Even after crossing the age of 50, my mother still puts the same effort into everything she does.
Like my mother there are millions of women who are working day and night for the welfare of their families.

Then I realised that women are not weak. They are stronger than we ever think.
They are more determined than our imagination.
They are capable of doing anything and everything.

Happy Women’s Day.

I am launching this initiative on International Women’s Day and would like to dedicate this institute to my parents, who, despite their struggles, educated me without any compromises and supported me throughout my journey to clear the UPSC examination. Every appreciation I receive for my work truly belongs to them. Without their sacrifices and support, I would not have reached this stage.

I want to thank the student community. With great trust, hundreds of students joined my previous mentorship programs. Their support not only helped me become financially stable but also enabled me to start new initiatives and programs.

As I said I need to limit the batch size. Admissions may be closed after a certain limit.

So those who have shown interest may register quickly. For any assistance you may message to this number 93118 40789

On this launching day, I want to convey a few things about Qualify IAS.

As long as this institute functions in the field of coaching and mentoring, Qualify IAS will never indulge in false promises of guaranteed results.

It will never resort to market gimmicks such as selling courses for ₹100 or ₹500 merely to attract students.

It will never falsely claim to have produced hundreds of rankers without genuinely teaching them how to write answers, improving their subject knowledge, or strengthening their understanding of any stage of this examination.

Any claim regarding a ranker will be clearly and transparently communicated to students, including whether we helped them in Prelims, Mains, or the Interview stage, along with the exact nature and extent of our contribution to their success.

Even if a situation arises where I am unable to meet the expenses of running this institute, I will not hesitate to shut it down. But under no circumstances will Qualify IAS indulge in unethical practices that are commonly seen in the coaching industry.

Qualify IAS will strive to guide every student to understand the demands of each stage of the exam, help them to write good answers, make good notes according to Mains syllabus, Balance Gs and optional, make strategy and Planning, improve common sense and other officer like qualities.

Thank you.

Some students are still confused about how the mentorship will work.

There will be Zoom video sessions where I will interact with every individual and discuss their personal strategy and preparation plan. It will be very much like sitting with me and discussing your issues and doubts directly. At the same time, I will also discuss in detail different topics from all GS papers and Essay.

You may be preparing for 2026, 2027, or 2028. Even though the sessions will be conducted in a group, individual strategy and guidance will be given to each student. The group size will always be limited so that I can give sufficient time and attention to every student during the sessions.

A WhatsApp group will be created for that batch, where every student will share their notes and answers. I will review and discuss them regularly during the sessions. You will also be able to see the competition and how other members are performing, which will encourage you to put in more effort and stay consistent.

It’s not that I don’t know how to advertise my mentorship program by showcasing top rankers and other ranks. Those are market gimmicks.

If you want to join an institute based on such advertisements, you may choose those institutions.

Those who genuinely believe in my guidance and my work are always welcome to join my program.
I do not want to give false promises, and I cannot follow predatory pricing practices. I never started these initiatives purely for commercial purposes.

So please do not expect the usual marketing tactics followed by many coaching institutions on my platform. I do not encourage or entertain such practices.

The success of Sanju Samson or any other successful persons didn't happen overnight. it took years and years working towards their goal. Have patience, stay consistent even during failures, leave the comfort zone, do some sacrifices then see the wonders that could happen some day.

Stay in reality and work in reality.

Hello everyone

Very soon I will conduct a live session with one of my close friends and my CSE 2023 batchmate, Jashwanth Chandra, who secured AIR 23 in CSE 2025. He scored a total of 1023 marks, including 832 marks in Mains and 191 marks in the Interview.

In this session, he will share his preparation strategies and insights from his journey. He is one of the most humble persons I have ever met, and during some of my very difficult times, he showed great empathy and helped me move forward with positive energy.

Regarding the production of Areca nut (Betel nut) in India, consider the following statements:

1) India is the largest producer of areca nut in the world.
2) Within India, Kerala is the leading producer, accounting for over 70% of total production.
3) The crop requires a tropical climate with high humidity and well-distributed rainfall.

Which of the statements given above is/are correct?
A) 1 and 2 only
B) 1 and 3 only
C) 3 only
D) 1, 2, and 3

This I posted not exclusively for this topic but My intention is to make you read these kind of topics for Prelims.

I am in my 30s now. I have tried many things in my life.

When I started working as a school teacher, my salary was ₹14,000. Since it was not enough for me, I used to visit different schools with my resume, looking for better opportunities in good institutions.

I visited almost 40- 50 schools in Hyderabad, but I couldn’t get into most of them. Finally, one school offered me a salary of ₹25,000. It was a good school with a decent salary, and I really enjoyed teaching there. Life felt much better.

But remember, it happened only after many trials.
In life, we don’t succeed every time. What we plan or expect may not happen immediately. Some things take time. The important thing is to keep trying without losing hope.

Correct Answer: B

Explanation: India is indeed the world's largest producer. However, Karnataka is the leading producer in India (not Kerala), accounting for nearly 80% of the country’s output. It thrives in temperatures between 14°C and 36°C with high humidity.
