This is what dinner usually looks like when work refuses to slow down. Somewhere between meetings, fittings, rehearsals, or filming, I find a few precious minutes to sit down and eat before rushing off to the next thing on my schedule. I’m not always good at remembering to take breaks—ambition has a habit of convincing me I can keep going a little longer—but I’m learning that even the most relentless version of me needs to pause and recharge.
