Why Germany sold all the Bitcoins?

First let's deep dive in and know how they got the Bitcoins?

It was from one person only, the person was running Private video site which is banned and thus got arrested, he slowly started to pay the BTCs to the government to leave him aside but this action made him pay a lot of BTCs to the government.

Long story short it's the free money for German Government thus they are cashing it out without any knowledge of it.

The person who is heading this thing of selling just booking the free money.
