65 poll duty officers excluded from Bengal SIR list, approach SC

As many as 65 election duty officers approached Supreme Court after their names were struck off voter list for West Bengal election. Tamil Nadu Assembly polls and phase 1 of West Bengal Assembly polls on Thursday recorded 84.69% and 91.78% voter turnout, respectively, which is the highest-ever poll participation since Independence.
