World's top condom producer to raise prices by 30% due to Iran war

Karex Bhd, the world's top condom producer, could raise condom prices by 20-30% due to the Iran war, the company's CEO Goh Miah Kiat said. "The situation is definitely very fragile...We have no choice but to transfer the costs right now to the customers," he said. NASA has shared a new image from the Hubble Space Telescope showing stars forming in the Trifid Nebula, about 5,000 light-years from Earth. NASA said the region has been shaped for at least 3,00,000 years by massive stars whose winds create gas and dust bubbles, triggering star formation. The telescope observed the Trifid in 1997 and now, 29 years later.

Israel claims Hezbollah fired missiles at troops, launches retaliatory action

The Israeli Defence Forces (IDF) on Tuesday said Hezbollah launched several rockets toward IDF soldiers operating south of the Forward Defense Line, in the area of Rab Thalathin in southern Lebanon. In response, the IDF struck the launcher from which the rockets were launched, it added. The launches constitute a blatant violation of the ceasefire agreement, IDF added.

Air force cadets make penis-shaped flight paths in Finland, face disciplinary action

Finnish Air Force cadets are facing disciplinary action after they created a series of penis-shaped flight paths during a routine training exercise. At least four aircrafts, which took off from Tikkakoski in Jyväskylä around 7:30 am had traced the shape, as per YLE (Finnish Broadcasting Company) reported. The air force said that the exercise was to practise turns.

'Bus-sized' asteroid to pass by Earth

A small near-Earth asteroid, named 2026 HJ1, will pass safely by Earth on April 21, according to NASA data. It is estimated to be about 23 feet wide, roughly the size of a bus. The object will pass at a distance of about 6,43,000 km (around 4,00,000 miles), well beyond the Moon's orbit, posing no threat to Earth.

NASA rolls out Artemis III Moon rocket core stage
