CCTV captures dogs chasing away black panther in Maha village

A rare sighting of a black panther in Satara's Bhilar village created panic after CCTV captured it attacking a dog tied on a porch around 1 am on Friday. The dog, along with another, fought back, forcing the predator to flee. While leopard attacks have occurred earlier, villagers say this is the first panther sighting and demand forest department's action.

Indian exports to US grew 20%, while imports up by 14% in July
