FIR against Manish Kashyap, 3 other influencers for spreading misinformation on E20, Gadkari

An FIR was filed against YouTuber Manish Kashyap and three other influencers for allegedly spreading misinformation about ethanol-blended petrol and Nitin Gadkari. Nagpur police registered the case on a complaint of Shishir Tripathi, city president of BJP’s Social Media Cell. Kashyap claimed his car suffered engine damage due to E20 petrol. However, Gadkari said his fuel tank contained water.

Thailand to continue visa-free entry for Indians, reduces stay period to 30 days

Thailand has said it will continue to offer visa-free entry to Indians, however, the country reduced the maximum duration of visa-free stays for Indian visitors from 60 days to 30 days. "Indian tourists represent a large market for Thailand...If problems arise from this measure in the future, the government can review it then," Thailand's Tourism Minister Surasak Phancharoenworakul said.

Who is Jordan Brown, US national arrested without passport by Indian forces?

A 36-year-old US national, Jordan Brown, was arrested near India-Nepal border in UP's Maharajganj for allegedly attempting to cross into Nepal without passport. Brown claimed that he served in US Navy and US Special Forces for six years, and studied at California University. Iran hangs 2 Islamic State members convicted of armed rebellion

Iran has hanged two members of the Islamic State (ISIS) group convicted of armed rebellion against the country, Iran's state-media said. The men identified as Mohieddin Abdollahi and Hossein Palani allegedly tried to enter through the western border with Iraq but were ambushed by IRGC forces. Several members of the ISIS cell were killed after the IRGC discovered their hideout.

Gold futures with August expiry rose by 1.63% in India on Tuesday, as per MCX data. In Delhi, the price of 24K gold was ₹1,42,950 per 10 gm, while in Chennai the rate was ₹1,43,460 per 10 gm. Shiv Sena corporator released on bail 6 days after arrest over assault on doctors in hospital
