5 arrested for Pak-backed blast outside Punjab BJP HQ in Chandigarh

At least five accused have been arrested for the blast backed by Pakistan's ISI outside the Punjab BJP headquarters in Chandigarh on April 1. Punjab DGP Gaurav Yadav said that the attack was executed under the directions of handlers located in Portugal and Germany. A live hand grenade, a Zigana pistol and 10 live cartridges were seized from the accused.
