30 universities hit in US-Israeli strikes since war started: Iran

Iran's Science Minister Hossein Simai Sarraf said over 30 Iranian universities have been directly hit in US-Israeli strikes since war started on February 28. Five university professors and over 60 students were killed in strikes, the minister added. As per Iranian media the medical research institute and laboratory building at Shahid Beheshti University were completely destroyed in recent attacks.

Tiny African fish caught climbing to top of 50-foot waterfall

Researchers have filmed the shellear fish (Parakneria thysi), found in Africa, climbing a waterfall for the first time. The fish, measuring 37-48 mm and capable of growing up to around 96 mm, were recorded scaling the 50-foot (15-metre) Luvilombo Falls on the Luvilombo River. The journey is estimated to take nearly 10 hours for the fish to reach the top.
