The 'Gandhi' in Rahul Gandhiโ€™s name comes from Feroze Gandhi, his paternal grandfather. Feroze's name at birth was Feroze Ghandy; however, he later changed his name to Feroze Gandhi in honour of Mahatma Gandhi. Rahul's grandmother Indira Priyadarshini Nehru married Feroze and adopted his surname. PM Modi on Thursday alleged the Gandhi family stole Mahatma Gandhi's surname.

US releases list of 'worst of worst' criminals, 89 Indians on it

The US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) released a public database of "worst of the worst criminal illegal aliens" arrested during the second Trump administration. Out of the 25,000 individuals, 89 are Indian nationals who have been arrested for various criminal offences. RBI plans up to โ‚น25,000 compensation for small-value transaction frauds

The RBI has proposed launching a framework to compensate customers up to โ‚น25,000 for losses from small-value fraudulent transactions. Gold futures fall 30%, silver futures crash 45% in 6 days in India
