Most hair gummies contain biotin, zinc and other vitamins, but taking them without medical advice can cause health problems. Some gummies also contain too much sugar, artificial colours, or preservatives, she explained.

She was defamed: Mother of Kamla Pasand owner's daughter-in-law who died by suicide

The mother of Deepti Chaurasia, the daughter-in-law of Kamla Pasand owner Kamal Kishore, has said her daughter was defamed at social events by her mother-in-law. Deepti died by alleged suicide. Confusion over Asim Munir's fate as new title making him more powerful not notified

10 killed, 20 injured after 2 passenger buses collide in Tamil Nadu

At least 10 people died, and 20 others got injured after two government buses collided head-on near Kummangudi in Sivaganga district on Sunday evening, police said. One of the buses was travelling from Tiruppur to Karaikudi, while the other was travelling from Karaikudi towards Dindigul district. Locals helped rescue passengers out of the mangled vehicles.

272 Pakistani drones seized in Punjab in 2025: BSF

A total of 272 Pakistani drones were seized in Punjab till November 30 this year, IPS Dr Atul Fulzule, IG Punjab BSF, said on Sunday. The BSF also seized 10 kilograms of explosives, 12 hand grenades and over 367 kilograms of heroin and arrested 18 Pakistanis, 3 Bangladeshis and 4 Nepali people this year. Three Pakistani intruders were also neutralised.
