India upgrades Afghan mission to full Embassy status

India has upgraded "the status of the Technical Mission of India in Kabul to that of the Embassy of India in Afghanistan with immediate effect," MEA announced on Tuesday. This comes after External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar announced the upgrading of the status during the recent visit of the Afghan Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaqi to India.

BCCI issues warning to Mohsin Naqvi over Asia Cup trophy
