A directory traversal vulnerability has been reported in WinRAR which could allow a remote attacker to achieve persistence, gain unauthorized access, and perform further malicious activities on the affected system, CERT-in said. NPCI, which runs UPI, has asked banks and payment apps to stop all peer-to-peer "pull transactions" from October 1 as part of its efforts to curb financial fraud.
