The evening was spent in the kitchen. Luthien’s Jingyi kept Luthien’s Shangen company while dinner was being prepared, turning the cooking process into a mix of conversations and laughter. It took longer than expected, but by the time the food was finally ready, neither of them seemed to mind. Sometimes, the best part of the meal is everything that happens before it. 👩‍🍳🤎
