1. You need some friend or family member with Main Postpaid Plan eg. 399 for old, 449 for new numbers.
2. Since they can add you to their main number as add on (jio allows 3 addon numbers on certain plans), you can enjoy 5G Unlimited with their plan.
But here is the trick, you can link your number to their main number and remove after 5 minutes, your unlimited 5G will still work. You may get billed between 50 to 150 per month. Not sure what's the current price, I'll have to wait a month to provide more information. But it'll be cheap. You can ask a friend to connect your number for 5 minutes, if they have already 3 slots full, they can remove 1 number temporarily and add yours for 5 minutes.
If you've prepaid, you can transfer to postpaid for 99 Rs only. Ask Jio Shop to add family plan when getting your number migrated to postpaid.
Edit: 4G Unlimited also working (sometimes, sometimes says services suspended) (use unlimited 4g at own risk, could get billed).

A lot of things going on about Telegram Ban after @durov's Arrest. But what to expect and what to do?
This is only for users who don't know much about how things work.
1. No charges are pressed yet, even if charges are pressed, it's not easy to just raid telegram servers and get the information. Telegram could be using some kind of security systems to avoid data breach incase servers are raided, they knew this could happen anytime as Durov already told, when they were in USA, US Agencies knocked their doors several times in a week.
2. Telegram HQ is in Dubai, Investigation is in France only, they couldn't even arrest him, if he wasn't in France.
3. Durov started this himself, he revealed himself by being active on Telegram Channel, On Air Interview etc, which means he already knew what could happen, so he must be ready as well.
4. Telegram servers are in 4 different DCs (DC3 doesn't exist as per some users or Could be test DC, I Don't know much about that.)
5. China and Russia already banned Telegram years ago. If it gets banned in India, it's not a big deal, you can use any VPN, easiest way is using Cloudflare's 1.1.1.1, atleast for me.
6. People are getting alot of WhatsApp subscribers by using the Phobia of Telegram ban. While they should, as many don't know about VPNs or good VPNs and all.
7. Free Speech is a big matter and Telegram isn't a small thing, moreover, Telegram isn't just used by Bad People, but Good people and politicians also use Telegram for alot of purposes.

Update on the Unlimited 5G Jio Postpaid Trick. The bill is for 1 day that i activated 399 plan for 1 day testing. Otherwise there is no bill for this trick. Confirmed. Informational purposes only, Unlimited 5G may not work if Jio makes any changes. In that case you can go back to prepaid after 90 days again. Try on secondary numbers only.
