Ø Job Responsibilities and Main Activities
1. New CMM installation as per work instructions
2. Follow up for AMC
3.Installation of Spares
4. Present monthly score card and skill matrix
5. Take necessary actions to improve skill matrix
6. Attain customer complaints and submit feedback report to the superior
7. Receivable management
8. Provide documentation as per QMS guidelines
9. Demo CMM maintenance
10. Visit for Pre dispatch inspection at manufacturing plant
11. Attain trainings as per yearly training calendar (Minimum 8 hours )
12. Maintain data security and business confidentiality
13. Follow disciplinary measures
14. Generate Reports (MIS)
