Одна из ловушек поиска работы — считать, что раз опыт подходит, то и собеседование пройдётся само.
2-3 года назад это и правда так работало: тебя звали на собес, и разговор как-то складывался сам. На текущем рынке картина другая.
Если на вопрос о прошлом опыте кандидат выдаёт монолог на 20 минут, работодатель не будет разбираться, подойдёт ли ему что-то из этого бесконечного списка. А если кандидат отвечает односложно — не будет вытаскивать нужную информацию клещами.
Зачем, если в очереди ещё десятки релевантных кандидатов?
