Join our cutting-edge team driving innovation in semiconductor memory design. We are looking for experienced professionals (8–16 years) with a strong background in SRAM architecture and circuit design to contribute to high-performance, low-power memory solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and contribute to the design and verification of SRAM memory blocks.
Optimize for power, performance, and area (PPA).
Collaborate across layout, verification, and product teams.
Required Skills:
Deep expertise in SRAM design, sense amplifiers, bitcell architecture, and memory compilers.
Strong command of SPICE simulations, Cadence tools, and layout-aware design.
Experience with foundry process nodes (FinFET, advanced CMOS).
Knowledge of timing closure, DRC/LVS, and EDA flows.
