The trailer just dropped. I’m loving how Neeson fully commits to the cartoonish vibe—pigtails and all—but I can’t help wondering if that style clash (dramatic action vs. full-on slapstick) will hold up for 100 minutes. Director Akiva Schaffer (Hot Rod) keeps things at a breakneck pace, packing in visual gags that verge on excess and nods to Airplane!… yet haven’t we already been hit over the head with viral jokes and nostalgic eye candy?

I’d like to see more risk in the script and fewer callbacks to the original saga, so this “continuation” doesn’t just feel boxed in. Do you think the classic ZAZ formula can be reinvented, or is it destined to end up as fan-service for die-hards? 🚨🔍🎬ç
