Halo, Tannies! #FastFacts

[] Dear Tannies,

[BE: HOLD INSIGHT] UPDATED POSTING GUIDELINES

Hello.
This is BANGTAN BASE #FastFacts.

To help keep the base clean, relevant, and easier to navigate, we’ve made several updates to our posting guidelines. Please take note of the following adjustments:

1. Category Formatting
We’ve standardized how categories appear in posts. Some will continue using brackets [] for clarity, while others will no longer require them.

2. External Content & TanTalk Relevance
Content from outside platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram) may only be shared if it directly supports or relates to a roleplay interaction.

3. Hashtag Usage
To improve readability and avoid confusion, hashtag usage has been simplified.

🔎 Full explanation is available here:
t.me/ProofFeed/147 & t.me/unwritbbase/407

These updates take effect immediately. Please follow them accordingly to help maintain a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone in the base.

Thank you for your attention and cooperation.

[BE: HOLD INSIGHT] WHY AI CONTENT IS RESTRICTED

Hello.
This is BANGTAN BASE #FastFacts.

BANGTAN BASE strictly prohibits the use of AI-generated or AI-manipulated idol photos in menfess. This includes edits that may appear minor, such as changing outfits or small visual details using AI.

The image shown above is an example of AI-generated content that closely resembles a real human. This level of realism raises serious concerns, as similar technology can easily be applied to public figures (especially idols) making visual manipulation increasingly difficult to detect.

The use of AI-edited images is harmful in many aspects. It increases the risk of misuse, visual manipulation, and misrepresentation of public figures, while also making it more difficult for BANGTAN BASE administrators to verify and moderate submitted media accurately.

BANGTAN BASE also encourages roleplayers not to use AI-edited public figure photos for personal consumption or character updates. For personal use, this relies on individual awareness as a conscious step to respect the muse and the real person behind them.

This policy is enforced in accordance with BANGTAN BASE’s official regulation regarding AI usage: t.me/unwritbbase/437

[BE: HOLD INSIGHT] REACTION VISIBILITY

Hello.
This is BANGTAN BASE #FastFacts.

With Telegram’s latest update, senders (Tannies) can now see whether on-duty admins have reacted to their submitted menfess in the menfess submission bot.

Please note that due to the high volume of incoming submissions, Bangtan Base uses an internal marking system to sort and manage menfess efficiently. Reactions such as thumbs down, thumbs up, fire, and love are used solely as internal indicators during the screening and handling process.

These reactions do not represent any judgment toward the content of your menfess. For example, a thumbs down is simply used as a marker during screening, not as a negative evaluation.

To ensure that no misunderstanding or discomfort occurs, we will replace the thumbs down reaction with 🐳 (spouting whale) while maintaining the same internal function as before.

For clarity:
• 👍 indicates a menfess ready to be sent
• 🐳 is used for internal screening purposes
• 🔥 marks a menfess that has been addressed or warned
• ❤️ indicates a successfully posted menfess

We kindly ask for your understanding that these reactions are part of our internal workflow and carry no negative intention toward the sender or the content.

Thank you.

Sincerely,
Bangtan Base

WEVERSE CONTENT POLICY DISCUSSION

Hello.
This is BANGTAN BASE #FastFacts.

Terima kasih.

[BE: HOLD INSIGHT] NEW HASHTAG

Halo.
This is BANGTAN BASE #FastFacts.

Following the discussion regarding a dedicated IC (In Character) hashtag on our board, we are officially introducing a new hashtag: #TanVerse.

This hashtag is open for anyone who wishes to send menfess while in character (IC), applicable for both type and nontype roleplay.

Please take note of the following important points:

1. Purpose of the Hashtag
#TanVerse is designed for tannies who are currently in character (IC), making it easier for readers to distinguish that the content of the menfess is part of a role — not a fan behavior or the sender's real-life situation.

2. How to Use the Hashtag
This hashtag functions as an additional hashtag and should be combined with your primary hashtag (TanFolk / TanLover / TanTribe / TanMoots / TanAsk / TanTalk).

3. Menfess Context
Through this hashtag, tannies are welcome to send plotting posts, ask questions, request assistance, or look for roleplay partners.

For full details and examples, please refer to:
https://t.me/unwritbbase/494

We hope this new hashtag provides a more comfortable and expressive space for tannies to enjoy their IC experience to the fullest. As always, thank you for being part of this lovely community — we look forward to seeing your creativity shine through TanVerse!

Thank you.

Sincerely,

• Every TanLover submission must include the muse's birth year to help both admins and subscribers filter content appropriately.
• All TanFlex submissions will continue to be moderated to ensure discussions remain respectful and within the established guidelines.
