I have seen Indian fans taking it on themselves when someone says this is the MOST BORING WORLD CUP ever.

But honestly, IT IS ACTUALLY ATLEAST IN LEAGUE STAGE.

But it's not BCCI responsible for it, it's PAK and ENG who played really very BAD cricket throughout.
