Successfully updated Martha. Upgraded packages used by Martha. Implemented some new features. Due to some of the bugs I have cleared the Notes. All the notes are deleted. Sorry for it. Also I have rewritted some of the modules

Features Added:

 - /stopall : Stop ALL filters in the a chat

 - /antichannelpin <yes/no/on/off>: Don't let telegram auto-pin linked channels. If no arguments are given, shows current setting

 - Multi-Word filters : Example - /filter "hi hello" Hello all

And some of the bugs have been fixed.

With this update Martha is some what stable now
