TNPSC தேர்வு அறையில் கடைபிடிக்க வேண்டிய அறிவுரைகள்.
1. கருப்பு பந்து முனை பேனாவினால் (Black ball point pen ) மட்டுமே shade செய்ய வேண்டும்.
2. ஒன்றுக்கு மேற்பட்ட விடைகள் shade செய்து இருந்தால் இரண்டு மதிப்பெண்கள் குறைக்கப்படும்.
3. விடைகளில் A எண்ணிக்கை B எண்ணிக்கை C எண்ணிக்கை D எண்ணிக்கை E எண்ணிக்கை
சரியாக குறிப்பிட வேண்டும்.
தேர்வருக்கு விடை தெரியவில்லை எனில் E shade செய்ய வேண்டும்
தேர்வர்கள் இந்த எண்ணிக்கையை rough ஆக எழுதி பின் OMR இல் பதிவு செய்ய வேண்டும்
எண்ணிக்கை தவறாக குறிப்பிட்டு இருந்தால் overwrite பண்ணலாம்.
அறை கண்காணிப்பாளர் இந்த எண்ணிக்கை சரியாக உள்ளதா என ஒரு முறை எண்ணிப் பார்த்து கையொப்பமிட வேண்டும். இதில் ஏதேனும் தவறு ஏற்பட்டால் அறை கண்காணிப்பாளர் மீது நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப்படும்.
4. தேர்வு முடிவுற்றவுடன் OMR இல் தேர்வு எழுதுபவரின் இடது கை பெருவிரல் ரேகை பெறவேண்டும் கையொப்பம் பெற வேண்டும். அறை கண்காணிப்பாளர் கையொப்பமிட வேண்டும்.
5. தேர்வர்களின் hall ticket photo வை பார்த்து சரியான நபர்தான் என்பதை அறிந்து அனுமதிக்க வேண்டும் தேர்வர்கள் வாட்டர் கேன் ,id proof, hall ticket mask வைத்துக்கொள்ள அனுமதிக்க வேண்டும்.
6.Pencil,erase, correction fluid, electronic Gadgets such as mobile phone,watch, Bluetooth device, calculator..... அனுமதி இல்லை, எந்த ஒரு Electronics சாதனங்களும் அனுமதி இல்லை. சந்தேகத்துக்கிடமான Watch அணிந்திருந்த கழட்டி வைத்து விட்டு வர வேண்டும்
Cellphone புத்தக பை அனைத்து தேர்தலுக்கு ஒதுக்கப்பட்ட அறையில் வைக்க வேண்டும்.
7. தேர்வரை தவிர மற்றவர்களுக்கு அனுமதி இல்லை
8.Rest room செல்ல அனுமதி இல்லை
9.12:45மணிக்கு முன்னர் செல்ல அனுமதி இல்லை அவ்வாறு மீறி சென்றால் வாழ்நாள் முழுவதும் தேர்வு எழுத தடை விதிக்கப்படும்.
10. OMR sheet இரண்டு பக்கம் இருக்கும்
1. PERSONALISED OMR portions.
2. ANSWER portion of “USED” OMR answer Sheets
தேர்வு முடிவுற்றவுடன் OMR இன் இரண்டு portion ஐயும் தனித்தனியாக பிரித்து chief இடம் ஒப்படைக்க வேண்டும்.

11. அறை கண்காணிப்பாளர் 8:15 மணிக்கு venue இல் /பள்ளியில் இருக்க வேண்டும்.

9:00 மணிக்கு தேர்வர்கள் தேர்வு அறையில் அமர வேண்டும்.
முதன்மை கண்காணிப்பாளர் 9 மணிக்கு கேள்வித்தாள் bundle பிரித்து அறை கண்காணிப்பதற்கு அளிக்க வேண்டும்.
9:15 மணிக்கு இரண்டு தேர்வர்களிடம் கையொப்பம் பெற்று அறை கண்காணிப்பாளர்கள் தேர்வர்கள் இடம் கேள்வித் தாள்களை கொடுக்க வேண்டும்.
ஏதேனும் குறைபாடு உடைய Question booklet இருந்தால் வேறு Question Booklet கொடுக்கப்பட வேண்டும்.
Question booklet இல் எந்த ஒரு டிக் mark எந்தவொரு குறியீடும் இடக்கூடாது அவ்வாறு செய்தால் TNPSC ஆல் ஒழுங்கு நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப்படும்.
9:00 மணிக்கு short bell அடிக்கப்படும் OMR sheet தேர்வர்களுக்கு வழங்க வேண்டும்.
Attendance தேர்வரின் கையொப்பம் பெற வேண்டும் hall sketch fill செய்ய வேண்டும்.
Absent தேர்வர்களின் OMR part I red ball point ஆல் குறுக்கு கோடு இடப்பட்டு அறை கண்காணிப்பாளர் கையொப்பம் இட வேண்டும்.
9:15 மணிக்கு short bell அடிக்கப்படும் Question Booklet தேர்வர்களுக்கு வழங்க வேண்டும்.
ஒவ்வொரு ஒரு மணி நேரத்திற்கும் Short bell அடிக்கப்படும்.
12:20 warning short bell அடிக்கப்படும்
