தேர்வுக்கு 5.53 லட்சம் பேர் விண்ணப்பித்து இருந்த நிலையில், இந்த தேர்வை 4,18,791 பேர் எழுதியதாகவும், 1,34,843 பேர் தேர்வு எழுத வரவில்லை எனவும் தகவல் வெளியாகியுள்ளது. இதன்படி, பார்த்தால் 75.64 சதவீதம் பேர் தேர்வை எழுதியுள்ளனர்.
