✅The Department of Animal Husbandry and Dairying in close collaboration with Veterinary Council of India celebrated World Veterinary Day- 2023 on 29th April, 2023 at New Delhi under the aegis of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav.

✅The aim was to recognize and celebrate the important roles of Veterinarians in animal and human health and ecology.

✅The theme of the year 2023 is “Promoting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusiveness in the veterinary profession”.

✅During the event the importance of India’s livestock sector in the national economy was highlighted.

✅The goal of the government is to make farming sector more efficient and sustainable.

✅The Veterinary Council of India (VCI) portal was launched during the event.

✅Moreover, the draft MSVPR, 2023 was also released.

✅Nearly 1500 veterinary officials participated in the event.

✅கால்நடை மற்றும் பால்பண்ணைத் துறை, இந்திய கால்நடை மருத்துவக் கவுன்சிலுடன் நெருக்கமான ஒத்துழைப்புடன், ஆசாதி கா அம்ரித் மஹோத்சவ் என்ற பெயரில் புது தில்லியில் 2023 ஆம் ஆண்டு ஏப்ரல் 29 ஆம் தேதி உலக கால்நடை தினம்- 2023 கொண்டாடப்பட்டது.

✅விலங்கு மற்றும் மனித ஆரோக்கியம் மற்றும் சூழலியல் ஆகியவற்றில் கால்நடை மருத்துவர்களின் முக்கியப் பாத்திரங்களை அங்கீகரித்து கொண்டாடுவதே இதன் நோக்கமாகும்.

✅2023 ஆம் ஆண்டின் கருப்பொருள் "கால்நடை மருத்துவத் தொழிலில் பன்முகத்தன்மை, சமத்துவம் மற்றும் உள்ளடக்கிய தன்மையை ஊக்குவித்தல்" என்பதாகும்.
