Steps to mute call recording announcement on google dialer.

1.Open google dialer setting , choose uninstall updates.

2. Download TTSlexx App from play store.

3. Open phone setting, search for text to speech option.

4. Tap on preferred engine.

5. Choose TTSlexx, it'll show a caution warning, just let it be.

6. Restart your phone.

7. DONE, Try recording calls, it will not do any announcement like before.
