- Add the bot to your group and make it admin, and it'll keep your group clean from abuses.
- Group privacy is enabled. The bot has to be made admin in the group, for it to filter abuses.

Add the necessary vars and deploy, or just click and deploy to heroku.

Commands available:
!on - Check if the (user)bot is online.
!stream - Either give a youtube URL or reply to a telegram file to play it.
!pause - Pause the stream.
!resume - Yes, resume.
