Deezer API patched so... adding youtube support soon

- Using gram-tgcalls
- Now no need of installing Youtube-DL. Used ytdl-core-telegram & yt-search for Youtube Support
- Added Railway support (It may not be a pleasant experience but stream quality is better than Heroku in my experience)
- Added some short and synonym commands. Previous commands aren't removed, both will work fine

@XDBinsBot (bin search feature) and bins-su-api is Down.

Reason : bins.su website itself is down so do these.

Bins-Ws-API

bins.su is going down frequently, so "Neo" suggested me to scrape data from another website bins.ws which looks similar to bins.su. (I don't know if the database is same or not)

Notes - Make sure group privacy setting for you bot is set to disabled else /play command may not work for audio from inline bots. If group privacy is disabled still it isn't working then remove the bot and add it again
