Today is Mother’s Day, a special time to share my feelings for my mother, even though she doesn’t understand English. When I think about my past, I used to feel regret because she was very strict and would often punish me physically every day. It was tough, and I saw her as a “dangerous mother” back then. But now, I’ve learned so much and understand why she was harsh. In simple words, we were poor, and she was doing her best in difficult times.

Looking back, I see things differently now. Everything is fine I love my mother, and she loves us too.

So love your mother. If something about her seems strange or hard to accept, it doesn’t mean she’s bad. It’s often because of the circumstances she faced. With time, these things can heal and make sense.
