No Due Submission and Certificate collecting Procedure.
1. Download no due from Veltech portal( UG) or Collect nodue form from COE sir's office ( PG) and sign yourself first
2. Submit the major project reports to guide and HOD . (Take their signatures)
3. Take the mentor's sign.
4. Take the HOD sign after submitting the report.
5. Submit the report in the central library and take the chief librarian sign.
6. Send the soft copy of ppt and report to KRC through mail at krc@veltech.edu.in and take the krc incharge sign.
7. Take the alumni officer sign. Fill in the convocation link https://forms.gle/WKqb8qw8Tj6HiLGa8 before reaching alumni officer sign
8. Take accounts incharge sign.
9. All your certificates like CC , CCC , TC , Provisional , Degree and Semester mark sheets can be collected at a single shot in a file from 28.10.2020 (one week time )at the counters placed near the exam cell.10) If the No Due generated or Due said by accounts , then you can pay them online before convocation and you can reach us to collect your certificates .
11) Incase you haven't completed the NO Due formalities , you can do it on the same day while arriving at the Institution.
12) Submit in COE sir's office and collect all the certificates together.
13) In case you will not be able to come from 28.10.2020 ( one week time) , then the same NO Due process will be followed and you can submit the No due to the exam cell and collect all your certificates on college working days.
