To whom this proclamation shall find its way, a court where Rosaverdant blooms in eternal splendor and the name of Romanovna Sister is whispered with grace and quiet majesty. Within the sanctum of Imperial Dynadeia, a time of refinement begins and every soul of esteem is summoned to stand a gathering most noble. The debutante shall unfold in graceful splendor within the resplendent halls of Rosaverdant Court, cradled by the grandeur of Imperial Dynadeia, upon the 25th of April, 2026.
