We have released @iconrailsBot a few days before.

We are delighted that it got more users than we expected ,and many users found it helpful.

Now we are planned to open source the source code of @iconrailsBot as soon as possible.

We hope that the bot will reach more users soon.

We sure we'll do much better projects in the future.

Many users have reported that they have difficulties in previewing the SVG formatted icons provided by @iconrailsBot.

We will try to fix this or do any alternative.

By mistake, the entire source code of a new bot at the testing stage got vanished.

And there are n● p●ssible ways t● rec●ver it.

So now we are trying to rewrite ♻️ the entire code.

Roadmap for IconRails:

The following features are planned to be added in future updates of @iconrailsBot.

✅ Add a way to convert SVG to PNG files.
☑️ Add more icon platforms.
☑️ Make it multilingual.
☑️ Add Inline mode.
☑️ Multi-threading
☑️ Add logs channel.

Introduction a new bot

🪶 noSVGbot

● A new bot?
Yeah. As you expected we didn't make the bot send previewable icons. Instead, we have created a new bot, @noSVGbot.

This bot can convert SVG files to other image formats. Currently, it supports only converting to PNG files, but we will make the bot convert the file to all available formats.

● Why no direct method?
SVG has more advantages like small size, high clarity after zooming in comparison with other file formats.

● Still not convinced?
Okay. We'll try to make the bot (@iconrailsBot) to send both SVG and other icon formats.

We have announced an update for @dwindle_Bot, which includes the feature to broadcast messages to users.

But we didn't share the code or explain how we did that.

Here is what we did to broadcast messages.

First, we collected the user ID of users using the bot.
[ Don't fear user ID are common one, and you don't get hacked/lose your data by that ]

And we used those user IDs to broadcast the message.
