Although the bill is yet to be passed in the Rajya Sabha, if this really is the end of Fantasy and Betting, then I am very grateful.

From 2018 (as a player) and from 2019–2025 (as Fantasy Football expert team provider and investor), it was a very good ride filled with joy.

I suffered losses, but I also won more than I lost. I achieved all my dreams because of Fantasy and Betting:

1. I built my luxury dream house.
2. I travelled to seven countries and stayed there for months as a solo traveller.
3. I made a lot of investments and savings.
4. I bought all the gadgets I had dreamed of since I was a kid.
5. I bought my dream car.
6. I helped my family members achieve quality higher education.
7. I gave my family a better quality of life.
8. Watched so many football matches of big clubs in Europe and South America.
9. Watched my childhood favourite club Real Madrid at the Bernabeu.

When I started Fantasy and Betting, things were not very good in my life. But Fantasy and Betting changed everything.

Maybe it was God’s plan. Maybe God wanted to help me with all these things, and now God wants me to try something else.

Since many of you’ve been asking this, I’m gonna share my point of view.

App ka naam nahi lenge, par ap log samajh jana kis app ki baat ho rahi hai 🙏🏼🙏🏼

👉 Here’s how the app works –
• You deposit money and get the same value in tokens
• Contests are joined using tokens
• If you win, you get real money (TDS is deducted on withdrawal)
• You also receive a separate shopping balance

👉 But this so-called “no-loss” model still counts as real money gaming, because tokens are directly tied to your deposited money.

👉 Under the Promotion & Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025, all real-money games in India must have a licence from the National Online Gaming Commission (NOGC).

👉 I searched, but couldn’t find any proof of such a licence online. (If you come across it, please do share it with me 🙏)

⚠️ Final Point: Agar deposit receive karna legal hota, to D11, V11 aur baaki fantasy sites bhi same model use karte. Think about it, why have they all disabled deposits? Are they fools to give away prizes for free? Obviously not.
Because under the new law, it’s not legal to take money from people for gaming purposes (even if it’s in token form).
