Starting 0.28.0.1762 version, it is possible to set up face recognition, iris and other non-fingerprint biometric lock for Telegram X or specific secret chats on devices that have corresponding Class 3 classified sensors (strong security).

Note: Class 2 (weak security) sensors aren't available if your device has at least one Class 3 sensor (which usually is only the fingerprint sensor for most devices).

0.28.0.1762, with few minor changes, is about to be rolled out to all users on Google Play.
