Starting 1543 version, alongside other changes, you will be able to see previously invisible errors when app tries to obtain Firebase token for notifications to work without background connection to Telegram servers.

Kindly check if you see any newly appeared error in Settings — Notifications and share its contents in the testing group if you do (or put a reaction on the existing report, if you find someone else's report with the same error).
