1️⃣ Download attached font file above then unzip (Apple Color Emoji.ttc macOS 10.14.1.zip). Mirror link
2️⃣ Search Font Book app via Spotlight then open it.
3️⃣ Click Computer on the left panel.
4️⃣ Click [+] button then browse to the font file Apple Color Emoji.ttc
5️⃣ Check Select all fonts then click Install Checked.
6️⃣ Done.
