The IDF says it recently demolished five Hamas tunnels spanning some two kilometres in the northern Gaza Strip, on the Israeli side of the ceasefire line.

The demolition operations were led reservists of the 14th Armored Brigade. The brigade has now been withdrawn from Gaza and it was replaced by the 179th Armored Brigade.
