The achievements of the multi-theater campaign came thanks to the determination and sacrifice of the state's defenders. The guardians of the walls who are motivated by a sense of national mission are first and foremost the fighters on the front and behind them all the systems supporting the IDF.
The soldiers and commanders in regular service, career service and reserves are the most important resource of the State of Israel, it is proper and right that they be first in priorities to receive the state's appreciation in decisions and resources while caring for them, their families and their future.""
