Open Source Intel has mapped all known Iranian ballistic missile launch sites active over the past month, cross-referenced with satellite imagery, IDF and CENTCOM statements, and OSINT sources.

Yazd: Most active hub. Mountain complex near Kuhestan Park, “Yazd Missile City.” Struck 5+ times. Launch on March 27 followed by a strike within hours. Activity continues at scale.
Shiraz: Dispersed sites across Fars. Satellite shows a propellant leak and launcher fires. Launcher destroyed March 25. Failure recorded March 17.

NEW: Iran has conducted five waves of ballistic missile attacks targeting Israel since CTP-ISW’s last data cutoff. Iran launched one missile in three of the waves, two missiles in one wave, and a “small” number of missiles in another wave.

An Iranian ballistic missile “fragment” struck an industrial zone in Ne’ot Hovav, southern Israel, causing a large fire. The industrial zone houses at least 19 chemical companies. Israel advised residents in the area to stay inside to avoid exposure to toxic chemicals. An Iranian missile also struck an open area in Beer Sheva, causing at least 11 injuries from "flying objects" caused by the shockwave from the missile impact.
Iran also continued to attack the Gulf countries. Iranian missiles struck two aluminum factories in the UAE and Bahrain. The Emirates Global Aluminum CEO said that this company’s facility sustained "significant damage." This company reportedly supplies about four percent of the world’s aluminum.
Iran’s strikes on regional aluminum factories follow combined force strikes on Iranian steel factories on March 27 and 28.
The combined force continued to target Iran’s defense industrial base to degrade its weapons production capabilities. The combined force struck multiple drone, missile, and air defense production sites in Tehran.
The combined force also continued to target Iranian internal security institutions to degrade Iran’s repressive apparatus. An OSINT account (@hey_itsmyturn) reported airstrikes near the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB) complex in Tehran. IRIB is the Iranian state broadcaster that the regime uses to disseminate propaganda. The IDF has previously struck the IRIB headquarters. The IDF said that Iran has moved security headquarters to mobile structures in recent days, likely due to concerns about combined force airstrikes. The IDF struck several of these temporary headquarters in Tehran on March 28.
The combined force continued to kill senior Iranian officials. Iranian media reported that airstrikes killed the head of research at the Organization of Defensive Innovation and Research (SPND) in Borujerd, Lorestan Province, on March 28. The SPND played a leading role in Iran’s nuclear weapons research program before 2003.
