Job Description
Senior Salesforce Developer will be responsible for all types of standard Salesforce Development and customization. This includes coding, unit testing, building applications,
and creating and modifying existing applications. This position will work alongside Salesforce Administrators and other Business Analysts in the Salesforce team.
Responsibilities
 Develop custom applications using Salesforce.com and integrating salesforce.com with other systems.
 Perform configuration and customization of the Salesforce.com platform.
 Build Salesforce applications using Apex and Visualforce and leverage the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform to support the Company’s programs.
 Salesforce User Interface creation and modification using Visualforce as well as creation and modification of custom APEX pages and JavaScript field validation.
 Creation and modification of Custom Salesforce Objects.
 Execute within Agile Methodologies following Concur disciplines.
 Coding APEX Triggers, Classes and Test methods.
 Create/modify existing controllers, controller extensions and triggers across all platforms.
 Develop highly interactive UI using Visualforce, Javascript and JQuery technologies.
 Responsible for building functionality by creating Salesforce triggers and creating Visualforce pages based on the requirements of the customer.
 Responsible for controlling the adaptability of the API’s for integration of information and processes so that all the systems within the CRM can communicate efficiently.
 Responsible for designing new Salesforce solutions and come up with effective project execution plans.
 Responsible to add value to the project in all phases – definition, development, and deployment.
 Understanding of business processes (sales, account management, services,etc.)
 Working in a structured release management environment, including change and release management as well as scrum methodologies for managing high volume work requests.
 Need to work in a global and growing team environment, spanning time zones,cultures, and a wide variety of technologies
 Contribute towards building customized applications by making the best use of point-and-click capabilities of the Salesforce platform.

Required Qualification, Experience and Skills:
 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent.
 Experience in working on Salesforce platforms or other CRM software pakages
(Microsoft CRM, InterAction, SalesLogix, Oracle On-Demand, SAP etc.) preferred.
 Proficiency in Salesforce.com development including modification of standard objects and fields and creation of custom objects and fields.
 Experience with Agile development methodologies such as XP/SCRUM.
 Experience in Apex and Visualforce development, design, configuration, testing and deployment of Salesforce.com solutions.
 Experience in customization, configuration, Apex, Visualforce pages with Javascript and tools like Apex Data loader, Workbench and SoapUI.
 In-depth knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and experience building integrations with Salesforce.com.
 Force.com Developer Certification is required.
 Excellent organizational and time management skills.
 Desire to work within a fast-paced, collaborative and team-based support environment.
 Possess Professional, outgoing and energetic attitude to the job.
