Started the day with a healthy dose of morning sun and a quick jog, truthfully, the real motivation was the brunch waiting for us at the finish line. There’s no better feeling than that post run endorphin rush, especially when it’s followed by good food and even better company. It felt like the perfect kind of morning date, just the right mix of a little sweat and a lot of sweetness.

Brunch came just as expected—warm, comforting, and worth every step of the run. “A sweet bite with the sweetest man ever,” she said, smiling at the simple moment they shared over breakfast. While Wilkins’s Jiwoong was busy, Schäfer’s Xiaoting quietly captured a candid of him, one of those small, unnoticed moments that end up meaning the most. It really was a beautiful morning for both of them.
